Inclusive, Human-Centered Yoga

with Bailey Williams

After over a decade of personal practice, I felt called to make yoga more accessible, more human, and more deeply felt.

To support my sankalpa, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with CorePower Yoga in Chicago, with a focus in Power Vinyasa.

I offer all-levels classes—welcoming beginners, returners, and anyone looking to reconnect with their body and breath. My in-person, online, and on-demand offerings are rooted in the belief that yoga should support a more easeful, grounded life. Through gentle meditation, mindful movement, and the lens of yoga philosophy, I guide students toward presence, possibility, and compassion.

My teaching prioritizes safety, inclusivity, and connection. I always offer variations to meet each body where it is, and I hold space for the full range of human experience. My hope is that students leave practice feeling more at home in themselves.
